For anyone who met David in Molokai, or anyone interested in a pro-social safety awareness exercise, feel free to join us at 3pm on Sunday at Shelly Beach Manly for a 1 way downwind run to Mona Vale Basin. You will need a leg leash and a bright colored top. Experienced ocean paddlers only as it will be rough. No safety provided, just an informal paddle in memory of a lovely bloke who lost his life to the Southern Ocean last month. Any Questions 0421 499 215

Yep, was a great run. A little east but very enjoyable. There will be a David Scheen Memorial paddle each year. Next year we will give much better notice. It will be around October 13, the day he went missing.
