What a great oportunity to hear it from the experts.

Any chance, for those not able to attend, to have the presentations, training tips or typical training schedules, nutrition etc posted on this site?

I'd be happy to look at anything relating to training for 10 kilometer races right up to 40 kilometers.

I'm not sure, but will try. I initially sent Rob M. a request to announce the clinic on this site, but received no reply. Thus, this forum thread was the only way I could announce it. I'm not sure that presentations could be posted to the forum, but we'll see. The presentations are the property of the speakers, so will depend on what they wish to post.

Thanks Franklin; I appreciate the kind words. We have 23 registrants after only a couple of weeks publicity online. Local publicity has barely begun, so glad to hear you have your spots reserved... we are anticipating a large turnout.
