It would seem to me though that given the sucess Keith has had in SA and the popularity and skill your group posesses that the need for this ski would not be as great. I myself love the Fenn Mill and can\'t honestly think that there is a ski out there that can match it for speed and overall surfing ability. The Robberg Express (and some sprint K1\'s) have opted for the opposite with more volume being shifted forwards, apparently with great success. The hull is widest behind the seat so this may show as more freeboard at the tail. Also the hull forward of the seat may be narrower contributing to this (desirable) stance at rest. Think about it!!! The millenium is as fast as they get as well as Epic. Red 7 etc. Do you think for one second that if Red 7, Hayden or Epic came out with a new boat it would be totally different. What they have works great, they just fine tune over the years. It is called evolution. It should have the same genetics as the Mako, and I am happy it does. However, I think if we had a top view looking down on the boat to see the outline with the seat that would be great( then some Hull shots) . I for one do not care what it looks like on the deck. The hull is another story. I tought that new ski will have a new shape, a new design. THIS IS THE MILLENIUM. Epic and Red7 innovate with their design. For me, this is my opinion, it\'s just for Fenn a way to boost his production, to make a \"new\" thing for attract the consumer. Nowadays, with computers, with the sciences the manufacturers had found the best way for hull shape. Hull shape is the most important for the boat and when I look the pics of this new ski I see the millenium.
