			<description>Generally I think the grading system is a good thing for the motivation factor and alleviating congestion at mass starts, but starting in a group of \&quot;similarly\&quot; skilled paddlers means you will seldomly or never learn how to start faster.  Hence the group ahead of you is largely uncatchable and you tend to wallow in your grade for a bit longer than if they were to start amass...  - Graeme</description>

			<description>The grading system has been going well for so long now that is must be time to scrap the \&quot;grading race\&quot; at the begining of the season and carry your grades through form the previous year? The grading race is a nightmare and if you miss it you are back in E!! Time to move on. - Travis</description>
