You are all welcome

Thanks Eddie, the support we got for the race makes it all worthwhile. DeAnne, you and the family are always welcome - and bring your friends. We are looking at moving the race back a week to fit in better with the US schedule for next year and to make a tour more practical. - Stuart Knaggs

Congratulations on a well run race. Seems affordable compared to Molokai. I will try and get some USA paddlers out there next year - DeAnne Hemmens

Hospitality

Stuart and his wife Mary and the local paddlers did a great of organising the race and going out of there way to help everyone, everything went smoothly. All the paddlers that needed lifts were collected from the airport, given free accommodation on the charter yachts at the finish in Oyster Pond and skis for those that needed. They looked after everyone and drove us around to restaurants and even back to the airport. With hospitality like that I will certainly try to go back next year.

Thank you very much to everyone in St. Maarten, let’s hope the French team has some strong competition next year!
