I've recently bought a secondhand Valhura, it's pealing finish coat faster than I can paddle it. I wondered if anyone else has the same model or has had similar problems. I'm advised the coating is paint to keep the weight down. The paint appears to be hydroscopic and blisters when it gets wet and shrinks back again as it dries out.
I would be interested in any info on this ski or this problem

Can only think Red 7 is not a very good ski ? Huh
I've now repaired it myself and quite enjoy this ski
