"Entries close on Thursday 20th Nov - no entry paid and recorded = no racing."  That's the word from the Dubai Shamaal Organizers.  (The entry list has to be cleared with the Dubai Water Police.  Also they need at least a week to organize visas for the visitors.)  So if you haven't entered, you have approximately 24 hours to do it!

Wayne Randall, President of the Dubai Surfski and Kayak Club, confirmed today that the prize pool for the women's race at the Dubai Shamaal has been more than doubled to a total of US$20,000.
