2005 has just flewn by. Now it is time to get the New Year started on the sporting front. I hope you have had a good break and are ready for all the action to get started. I know you can’t wait!

It was a pity that we had to cancel the Christmas event, due to the good old Tuesday wind that seems to have continued right the way through the festive season. A big thanks to all those that gave donations towards the charities. James House and Love Project were very appreciative and would like to pass on their thanks for your support.

The Hout Bay Tuesday Surf Ski Series presented by Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes and Networks Unlimited. There are only 9 races left. This mean’s you have 9 more races of good fun left and 9 more chances to better your position. Time to check out your closest rivals (www.sports4u.co.za) and set those goals.

It's less than a week to go to the first race. So its time to start focussing!

Surfski Safety Recommendations
Seafaring is more enjoyable with knowledge. Following these guidelines does not guarantee your safety on the ocean, but will help.
THE GOLDEN RULE: NEVER LEAVE YOUR CRAFT. It is your most reliable form of buoyancy and will indicate where you are to rescue craft.
