How many surfski companies are out-of-business?

I come across quite a few different skis in my search to learn more about the sport, such as this Force Field

and it makes me think, how many companies that made skis are now out of business and what are their names? We're some bought by other companies or did they change their names? Any links or pictures would be interesting to add. Thanks

I can name nearly half a dozen from Hawaii alone: Tommy Conner C Ski, Brent Bixler Bixler Bullet, Marshal Rosa Rose Ski, Billy Robello Hydro Ski, Bob Twogood Twogood Kayaks (though he may still be producing some).
