I looking fot advice about best shirt .im a men
I use lykra shirt . After around one hour of paddle  i have rubbed nipples.
An on the next day a cannt go to the sea.
Im looking for summer shirt with long sleeves from different matrial
Looking for advice

surgical tape overr nipples. no more rubbing. no more chaffing. happy paddler. can paddle next day.

I'll stick with tape...

Vaseline works for most rubbing problems. Easy solution,
