Legs and pressure was created by Moll
I find as I feel more unstable I put more pressure on my legs pushing me firmly into the back of the bucket. the net result is I very quickly get exhausted and my feet go numb. Just how firmly/relaxed are you supposed to be in the seat.

Hey Moll, you should be loose enough that you can "rotate" your bum in the seat. By pushing and pulling with your legs you will get more power in your stroke as you are using bigger muscles to apply pressure to your blades. I also find that the people I coach feel more stable once they begin to do this as it keeps everything even on each side of the ski
