Can you put your toe to your mouth?

No, seriously, for me this is the best test of being comfortable in the boat without and strange numbness or early fatigue in my back.

If I can put my toe to mouth I will have zero problems.
If I cannot, then I know that I have to stretch before going out or I will not feel comfy in the bumps and I may feel fatigued earlier than I should.

So can you?

The cracking in the knees doesn't sound too good so I'm not going to force it. However I've never been a very flexible person.
