Plenty to like about the Doctor forecast

Really happy for all those who have come to visit our beautiful corner of the world.

Warm weather at the moment and a couple of great downwind days to do some last minute tune ups for those who have already arrived.

Arrows look pretty good

....and if you are travelling for the Doctor stick around for the week and race what us (south of Perth) locals believe is the best downwind course around. The Mandurah 'Cut' run otherwise known as the Mandurah Duel.

Here is what current ICF World surfski champ said after doing the cut run yesterday

Just did one of the best downwind runs of the year from "The Cut" (pronounced slightly differently by the Aussies) to Mandurah. 12.33 km with average speed of 17.8 km/hr and Max speed of 23.1km/hr. So good! (Sean Rice)

Also very happy! Just spent a couple of days visiting the area south of Perth and arrived back yesterday to find a very different forecast to the one that I left on Sunday!

For anyone who hasn't been to this part of the world - it's not just Perth that is worth visiting.

That looks awesome. Cant wait for the footage this weekend to come online.

Whats the best time to drop off ski's today to be loaded onto the barge/racks? and does any on have any tips for packing your skis or is it done for you ?.
