A black southeaster hit Cape Town this weekend and the 30kt wind on Saturday afternoon was perfect for a downwind.     Two unidentified paddlers were spotted leaving Milnerton beach, clearly for a Milnerton to Big Bay run...  Elsa Lourens took the photos.
