ImageSome time ago, we decided to create a "Surfski.info World Rankings" log including the results of six of the top international races around the world.  We started with the 2006 US Championships and the final race was run on 1 July 2007: the ARB Surf Ski World Cup in Durban.

Before the Durban race, Dawid Mocke was a clear 4 points ahead...

ImageWelcome to the Surfski.info World Rankings.  The purpose of the rankings is to show who's won the most international races in the last year - and who can therefore lay claim to be the "best paddler" in the world.

Since the ARB Surf Ski World Cup in Durban, South Africa held on 1 July 2007, there has been a change at the top of the rankings...

Surfski.info – software upgrade

Surfski.info runs on an open-source software platform called Joomla. Some while ago, Joomla moved from version 1.0 to 1.5. It’s time for us to follow suit and we’re going to be working on the upgrade over the next couple of days…

In surfski the dominant brands are Fenn and Epic...  Ask anyone to name the dominant brand in the K1 world, and it's highly likely the name "Nelo" would spring to mind.

Can a K1 manufacturer really compete with the giants of the surfski world?

New Ski - Carbonology Sport's "what" ski ** Name-the-Ski Competition **

Here's a new ski that has a design pedigree that stretches back twenty years or more.  Two weekends ago, Hein van Rooyen paddled the first Carbonology "What?" into second place in a Discovery Men's Health series race in Port Elizabeth, South Africa...
