Findeisen and Twogood Offshore

Completely new to the world of Surf Skiing , putting the cart before the horse I have bought a 2004 Findeisen and also a Twoggod Offshore. Can anyone tell me anything about either of these ski's ? I am not sure which one would be better for learning on , it was suggested that the Twogood would be as it is a more stable boat . Any thoughts? Thanks !
