You can see a live test going on here (as at 15h30 South African time).. Looks perfect:

Awesome! But look at that flat water...

Just heard that Dawid Mocke is ill with a stomach bug and won't be racing tomorrow. What a horrible thing to happen.

My bets for the top 5 are:

TJ
Hank McGregor
Sean Rice
Matt Bouman
Jasper Mocke.

Ooops - that looks a bit biased! Anyone from the Aussie side like to make a call?!

Love it... On one side on my screen I have the security cameras around my home showing live images, and on the other side, a beach front half way around the world...

Will someone take a rag and clean that window a bit please!

Hi Rob, forgive you for not including Opens Cory Hill and Sam Norton, also Michael Booth ( U23) and even Jimmy Walker (Mas) if its flat. For the girls, Hannah Minogue will keep Eray honest.

All the best to all the Aussie racing, sorry I couldn't be there in person capturing all the action Rambo Style.

In the ladies, watch out for Michele Burn.
She really seems to have stepped it up this year

It's 1.00am on the east coast (Syd), so you should set your alarm to 11pm in Perth.

Of you click on this link and start the video you will see a countdown timer. That is how many hours/mins till start. Should be easy to work any world times of that.

Thanks Rambo, was going to sleep out in the hammock tonight to see how I went in the cold winter weather so seeing this is on about 2.00am our time looks like I'll either have to give that a miss or perhaps take the laptop with the wireless out with me

Wow, well done TV Crew for the streaming!

Well done paddlers for the paddling!

That was really great to have a live feed of all the action, made me very jealous of those who were able to be there.

Well done on the telecast, imagine how good it would have been having the aerial view had it been a proper downwind. Hoping that this is seen by a prospective sponsor or network and continued for other big surfski events.

I may be shouted down for this but on that dead flat stuff I think the type of ski paddled would have had an impact on the results.

Always looking for the next boat :)

Thank you! But not "well done", let's be honest... At least in terms of camera work, views, comentary, flying - so many ways it could be improved... Next time :) I still enjoyed watching the recording!

But really well done, its a great first step!

Way better than watching on Twitter. If y'all gonna improve the production quality in the future, even better :-)

Personally I'm just chuffed my net connection lasted and I got to see the whole race as it happened. Nice!
