Synthetic ski plugs

I'm anew user and longtime ski paddler for a beach patrol in New Jersey (USA).

Many of our skis are missing plugs. We used cork to get through the season, but that's a temporary fix as the corks often break. Can anyone tell me where we can get appropriate synthetic or rubber plugs? Our skis are mostly older, and we have Anderson, Rival, Burton, Spectra (sp?), and maybe one or two other brands.

Thanks much!

Find a high school chemistry or biology teacher. Ask him or her where they got their plgs for glass tubes. They come in various sizes and sme of them have a small hole, perfect for venting if you leave the plug on your ski.

I have had good luck in finding rubber stoppers at the local independent hardware store and also Home Depot.
