Still waiting for order sfrom surfski info

Hi I ordered a sticker bundle from surf ski Info back in November 2009 And still nothing I was contacted by Robin on December 21 by email and told them to still send me my order,
today is the 10 of January 2010 still no order or reply from anyone. so don't order if you are relying on them?
just great customer service. has anyone else been let down?
