I know our "small" community may not be a bastion of economic clout and consumer power,but, why hasn't (Garmin are you listening? ) anyone packeged a phone/gps/performance computer/and a plb, all the components are already microsize and more often than not most paddlers , kayakers included,carry at least two of these.Seems the adventure racing and mountainlife hordes would use this as well.Build it and they will buy, anyone out there with a spare couple million want to invest........
