Surfski in canoeing

Just avoiding work as usual and flicked through some of the canoe federation web sites. The only national federations that seem to list Surfski as a discipline (apart from our own NACF) are South Africa and France. C'mon guys - Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada...... surely there are some surfski paddlers in other countries or does surfski.info make it all up - like NASA faked the moon landings?
