Good books on fitness training?

In a discussion recently on this forum, some member suggested the book "Fast After 50: How to Race Strong for the Rest of Your Life", by Joe Friel.
I also know "SURFSKI: Training for Performance", by Kevin Brunette.
I am sure that many of us paddlers are interested in this subject, after all, many of us paddle for fitness and/or races. So much has been written here on technique, boat characteristics and stability, but of course fitness play an important role in speed.
Therefore, I would like to see more suggestions like that: books on fitness and training, the more paddling-specific the better. I hope that in the end, this topic will be a reference for anyone in the paddling comunity looking for this kind of literature.
